No Cutting Corners

We do not shield the outside of our tank molds or use other methods reduce heat transfer. Each tank is rotationally molded to meet our quality standards.

Cross-Linking to a High Degree

Air movement in separate chambers assures a gradual cooling of the mold and the part inside to allow the cross-linking process to complete all the way through the tank wall.

Rotational Molding

Our unique and efficient large ovens, which rotate end-over-end, receive uniform convection heat and utilize optimum airflow to create the highest quality parts possible.
